Refund & Returns Policy

What can be returned, what can’t, and exactly how the process works — read this before ordering so there are no surprises.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unassembled and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
  • Return authorization is required — contact us before shipping anything back

🚫Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and made-to-order builds — including custom colors, engine choices and build-to-spec quads/trikes — are final sale
  • Used, ridden, fueled or assembled products
  • Products damaged by misuse, modification or improper assembly
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Because custom builds are made specifically for you, please confirm all specs, colors and options with our team before payment.

📦Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. For freight deliveries, note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. We will repair, replace or refund confirmed cases at no cost to you.

💸Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (crypto, CashApp, Chime, bank transfer or card)
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

🔄Order Cancellations

Stock orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Custom builds may be cancelled only before the build begins — once materials are purchased and work starts, cancellation terms are confirmed case by case.

  • Step 2 — Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back
  • Step 4 — Refund issued after inspection
