🔧Order Processing Times
In-stock spare parts are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Full builds and frames require assembly, inspection and crating — processing time is confirmed with your order, and custom builds receive an estimated build timeline with your quote before payment.
🚚Shipping Methods & Carriers
Parcel shipping — smaller parts and hardware ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking.
Freight shipping — complete mini trikes, drift trikes, go-karts and large frames ship by freight through partners such as I.C.E. Transport and Prime Route Logistics. Freight deliveries are scheduled with you in advance.
Carrier selection depends on product size, weight and destination. The Garage Vlog Store is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the carriers shown.

Shipping cost depends on product size, weight and delivery address. Your exact shipping cost is confirmed with your order total before payment — no surprise charges after checkout.

We ship across the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii or other destinations, contact us before ordering for a shipping quote.
📦Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes tracking, sent to you once your order leaves the workshop. Freight deliveries are coordinated with you directly — the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
⚠️Inspect Before You Sign
- Inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt with the driver present
- Photograph the packaging and product immediately
